The SG2 series 128-Gbyte half-slim or mSATA format SSD modules and the HG3 series 2.5- and 1,8-in. SSD drives are based on 32-nm multilevel cell NAND technology. The half-slim/mSATA modules come in 30-, 62-, and 128-Gbyte capacities with 180-Mbyte/s read and 70-Mbyte/s maximum sequential write speeds and feature form factors smaller than a business card. The modules are only one-seventh the volume and one-eighth the weight of 2.5-in,-form-factor SSDs, and they consume a fraction of the power.
The HG3 drives, in standard 2.5- and 1.8-in. cases, have capacities from 64 to 512 Gbytes and 250-Mbyte/s maximum sequential read and 180-Mbyte/s write speeds.
